Welcome to Delightful Digits! We’re Jason and Tracy, a husband-and-wife team with a deep love for numbers and an even deeper love for food. We’ve been happily married for 23 years and are proud parents of two wonderful children—one in college and the other finishing high school. Our daughter is in culinary school, training to become a chef with dreams of opening her own restaurant one day.

Our family lives and breathes culinary arts. From fine dining to dive bars, we’ve savored incredible food experiences and even planned vacations around must-visit restaurants. As restaurant bookkeepers, we bring our passion for food and numbers together to serve the culinary industry. Jason, who comes from the aircraft industry, has always supported Tracy in her accounting ventures, and now he joins her in bringing exceptional customer service and attention to detail to the table.

At Delightful Digits, we offer more than just bookkeeping services; we bring a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for the culinary industry. Tracy has over 20 years of experience in accounting, having successfully run her own tax and bookkeeping business for nearly a decade. During her pursuit of a Master’s in Taxation, Tracy realized her true passion lay in helping business owners manage their day-to-day finances, rather than preparing taxes.

Though Tracy no longer prepares taxes, she remains a licensed Enrolled Agent, staying up-to-date with tax laws and adhering to strict ethical standards. Her involvement in advancing the bookkeeping industry is extensive. She was a charter member of the Digital Bookkeeper Association and has provided valuable resources and skills testing for Bookkeepers.com. Additionally, Tracy currently serves as the Head of Education for the Stay at Home Bookkeeper Academy, where she mentors and coaches hundreds of bookkeepers, helping them grow their technical knowledge and skills.

Over the years, Tracy has supported hundreds of businesses with their bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, and advisory services. The culinary and hospitality sector holds a special place in her heart. Tracy worked tirelessly during the COVID-19 pandemic, assisting restaurants in overcoming the challenges of business closures. She provided support with ERC, EIDL, and PPP loans, as well as local grants and unemployment claims.
