✉️ How to Send Referrals
1️⃣ Fill out the referral form below with your information and your referral’s contact details. This is the easiest way to make sure you get credit (and get rewarded!).
2️⃣ Or, have your referral mention your name when they contact us.
👉 Important: If we don’t already have your contact information on file, you’ll need to send us your name, email, and phone number separately so we can reach out if your referral becomes eligible for a reward.

FAQ & Terms
When will I receive my referral reward?
Cash Rewards: You’ll get paid once your referral has paid for at least 3 months of services and their third payment has cleared.
Client Savings: You’ll see your 10% savings applied to your next invoice after your referral pays for their first month.
Do I need to do anything special to get paid?
Yes! We need a completed W-9 form on file before we can send you any cash rewards.
If we don’t already have a business relationship with you, we’ll try to contact you up to 3 times using the info you provide. If we don’t receive your W-9 within 30 days of our final attempt, your referral reward will be forfeited.
What happens if a referred client cancels early?
Cash Rewards: You won’t receive payment if the referral cancels before 3 full months.
Client Savings: You’ll still get the 10% discount right away, but if your referral cancels before reaching 3 months, your discount will end early.
Is there a max discount I can earn as a client?
Absolutely! You can stack discounts for up to 50% off your monthly bill at a time.
If more than 5 referrals sign up in the same month, we’ll roll the extra discount into future months.
Example: If 6 referrals sign up in January, you’ll get 50% off in February, March, and April—and the 6th referral’s 10% will apply to May, June, and July.
Are there any other rules I should know about?
Referrals must be new clients who haven’t previously contacted Delightful Digits.
Only businesses that sign up for monthly bookkeeping qualify.
Cash rewards are only given once the referral stays active for 3 full months.
If you’re a current client and cancel your own services, you forfeit any remaining referral savings.
Referral program terms are subject to change at any time without notice.
